Oversee all engineering activities within Thungela's operations, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Develop and implement engineering strategies that support Thungela's operational goals and objectives. Lead a team of Engineering Foremen, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Ensure compliance with Thungela's engineering and safety standards, and foster continuous improvement in engineering practices.
